As part of our team working inside the hospital, you’ll respond to non-medical requests from patients and nurses sent right to your phone via our app.

What does the role of a Helen Concierge look like?

  • Work in collaboration with nurses and staff

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients from admission to discharge

  • Assist in a variety of tasks and services that elevate patient experience and preserve a productive atmosphere for nurses

  • Deliver requested medical items, equipment, and supplies to nurse teams

  • Deliver requested food, beverage, and non-medical items to patients
